On June 21, 2024 Rainone, Coughlin, Minchello, LLC one of the Toms River Township pool attorneys responded to the lawsuit filed by Jillian Messina the former Public Information Officer for the Toms River Police Department. The law firm represents “Defendants, Daniel Rodrick, individually and in his official capacity as mayor and council member for the Toms River Township and the Council for the Township of Toms River.” The defendants denied all except “Daniel Rodrick is the Mayor of the Township of Toms River.” This is one of how many lawsuits against Toms River since January 1, 2024….searching for answers, but can’t believe the Council Members stand by this man!
