R022835-012824: OPRA request made on January 28, 2024 – I would like the cost of the undated mailing from Mayor Daniel Rodrick, that arrived in my mailbox on Friday, January 26, 2024 (so figure mailed between January 18, 2024 and January 26, 2024). Please include postage, paper, personnel and envelope costs. NO SUCH RECORDS EXIST.

R022836-012824: OPRA request made on January 28, 2024 – In the undated letter sent to residents of Toms River between January 18, 2024 and January 26, 2024, it stated “the township is facing a $3.5 million dollar shortfall.” Please provide me any Toms River budget documents prepared between January 1, 2024 and January 26, 2024, plus any audits, financial statements and emails showing a $3.5 million dollar deficit.
