In January, 2026, there will be a new Toms River Township Council majority, with Daniel Rodrick adversaries taking control including Councilman Thomas Nivison, Councilman David Ciccozzi, Councilman-Elect Robert Bianchini and Councilman-Elect Clinton Bradley. We are asking for a post-Christmas wish that the Toms River Township Council no longer pay professionals (stretching the use of “professional”) that are on the Rodrick Team. Attorney Donald Burke burst onto the scene one night and we remember it well, as Daniel Rodrick lost his mind when Councilman Nivison did not support the hiring of Donald Burke, calling Nivison a “sell-out” but at that time we did not know that Donald Burke was representing Daniel Rodrick in Middletown Township…we learned soon! Then there is Phil Stilton and Shore Media and Marketing that does not even have a contract with Toms River, but he keeps publishing Daniel Rodrick’s FAKE news or ugly press and Daniel Rodrick keeps getting him paid. This must end…Burke and Stilton must be cut from the bill list by the Taxpayers of Toms River. Recent invoices for both are attached and notice no specific detail on any invoice; would you pay these invoices if you didn’t know the exact service. Well, your tax dollar did!!
