Daniel Rodrick Conspiring with Councilwoman Lynn O’Toole and George Lobman

As Daniel Rodrick starts his career in Irvington, he still wants to have control of the Toms River Schools, but Board of Education candidate Kathy Eagan has said “not so fast!” With a court appearance scheduled for Thursday, September 4 in front of the Honorable Robert Brenner, Ms. Eagan’s attorney, Timothy Howes has filed a Response to Opposition. The case names George Lobman, Lynn O’Toole and Daniel Rodrick as Defendants and charges that Candidate Lobman was not present to multiple signatures on the nominating petition and falsified his oath on the circulator statement and Councilwoman O’Toole knew Lobman did not circulate the petition, but notarized anyway! The document is below for your reading pleasure, but this sums up the case…

“Defendant Lobman, the affiant, did not personally circulate the petition and did not see all the signatures made thereto. Lynn O’Toole and Daniel Rodrick circulated the petition at the Holiday City Community Pool. There is no dispute as to these facts. Defendant Rodrick admitted that he obtained 8 signatures for Lobman’s petition at the pool. He further stated he was there at the direction of Defendant O’Toole to obtain signatures. Defendant O’Toole improperly notarized his signature on the nominating petition knowing that he was not in fact present. Upon information and belief, Defendants O’Toole, Lobman and Rodrick engaged in a civil conspiracy to violate NJSA 19:13-7 and defraud the voters for the 2025 School Board Election. In light of the deficiency and potential election fraud, Lobman must be removed as candidate from the school board election ballot.”
