Daniel Rodrick continues to mislead the residents of Toms River Township, as well as the Council members when he says “No New Apartments – Toms River Meets State Affordable Housing Mandate Without New Construction.” The crazy questions is how does he get his attorneys and planners to follow his misleading rhetoric? New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (NJDCA) has NOT approved Toms River’s submission for the Fourth Round of Affordable Housing and the Third Round reductions/credits are still tied up in Court. If you believe that Daniel Rodrick fighting for no affordable housing units is good for Toms River, then you are being misled by a person who has no intention of negotiating and is leading Toms River down a path of larger legal fees – maybe you are on of those attorneys benefiting.
Say it once, say it 100 times – Daniel Rodrick can campaign, but can’t govern and his lack of a plan and ability to negotiate is costing Toms River thousands, while these professionals donate to his campaign funds and political committees. WRONG FOR TOMS RIVER.
