It is not 100% clear as to the outcome, as we were not in the room and those in the room have appeared to leak some of the findings on social media and the Court has yet to post any findings, but Ms. Eagan will not be proceeding with the case. The facts do remain as published and Daniel Rodrick stated in his certification that George Lobman, Lynn O’Toole and himself conspired to collect signatures at the Holiday City Pool and Lobman was not present and O’Toole notarized Lobman’s certification, knowing he had not collected all the signatures.
